Robot dresses up like Hatsune Miku at CEATEC 2009.
It’s been a bit of a hectic couple of days for the Vocaloidism staff. We all sorta found VocaRan SP4 at once, and since apparently none of us can translate without babelfish, we don’t have the full story, and that’s sort of put the Weekly Rankings on the back burner, but do not fret (as […]
An evaluation of Nico Nico Douga's MyList and Countdown system, why the MyList subscriptions are tapering off, and how to better represent the most popular videos.
Hmm… looks like the “Site Busy!“-errors are gone for now. Better make this article quick before they come back. Anyways, we are now at the final testing phase of “The MELTDOWN Effect”-theory. So far, we’ve only seen a slight decline of points (which can also be attributed to fan interest) in the previous rankings. This […]

Currently we are transitioning the blog from the old host/server (Indonesian based, but the server location is in the US) to a new host/server (US based, and […]
Alright, seriously… this is starting to get really irritating. I’m really not sure about you guys, but we here at Vocaloidism have been experiencing some “Site Busy” problems that have been messing up our time in creating articles. What happens is that whenever we try to save the draft, “Situs Sedang Sibuk!” pops up, and […]
Before I start, lemme just apologize for my erratic behavior during the previous ranking review. It’s not that I suddenly hate all the mainstays in the WVR, but the fact that fans would do such underhanded tactics just to keep them on top just makes me wonder that the rankings really is all about… MELTDOWN […]
NOTE: The following contains comments that are based on the opinions of the author and does not necessarily represent the views of Vocaloidism or its staff. “Roshin Yuukai,” literally “nuclear fusion”, but more commonly referred to by it’s English subtitle of “Meltdown,” has been taken off of Nico Nico Douga. To non-Japanese speakers like myself, […]
