Vocaloid NND Weekly Ranking
Weekly Vocaloid Ranking #145 “Unselected”
Now… where did our new recruits go? Descent87 did a pretty decent job (please excuse the pun) with his first artcle, why did he stop posting? Hey, descent, if you come back, I’ll let you take next week’s VocaRan review for a spin! And boy I’m telling you, this ride is schweeeeeet~!
Well, Descent’s now officially on the blog team so let’s give him a warm welcome then~ =D
An announcement from me here, owing to personal reasons I will be away from Vocaloidism for three weeks starting from next week (July 26th) onwards. I will be back in mid Aug when things are done, though I may still be on from time to time during that period.
Anyways, enough for that coercing, let’s just get to this week’s ranking.
Naho’s Opening Statement:
Good morning everyone. If you thought the rainy season was over, this heat wave is…! For those who went to and participated in Vom@s, good work and thanks to all of you.
And for those who were off doing other things, good work to you too. Let’s take it easy and watch the rankings now. We’ve got a lot more new songs to watch out for this week.
This week as well, from 30, let’s begin. Vocaloid ranking, START!

<no comment>- #15: [鏡音リン】リンリンHIGH☆MIND【オリジナル] (↓5)
Cute and charming Rin song, can’t help but like Rin more because of this song. <3 I somehow get the feeling that this deserves to be more popular than it is. It’s got this strangely addictive quality.- #14: 初音ミク・巡音ルカ オリジナル曲 「ワールズエンド・ダンスホール」 (↓8)
<no comment>- #13: 【初音ミク】オリジナル曲「今日のヒーロー」 (–)
<no comment>- #12: [鏡音リン】 夕闇とオレンジ 【オリジナル] (!!)
A nice VocaRock song I know I wouldn’t mind listening more to, and NEGI’s illustration is great as always. Speak for yourself. I hate NEGI’s cutesy-Rin. D:- #11: 【VOCALOID】
I watched this one without watching the others, but I loved it. Some of the lyrics were hilarious, and I actually recognized most of the songs.
- THIS WEEK’S PICK-UP: ユキちゃんのお部屋大冒険/歌愛ユキ（と愉快な氷山キヨテル先生） (!!)
Short song but a addicting one as well, it’s somehow stuck in my head after a few listens. D: Well it’s ラマーズP/ゴジマジP, what do you expect?- #10: [オリジナル曲PV】ワンダーランドと羊の歌【初音ミク] (↓2)
<no comment>- #9: 初音ミクオリジナル曲 「初音ミクの激唱（LONG VERSION）」 (↓3)
This one defnitely has that “last boss” feeling, perhaps even moreso than cosMo’s other works.- #8: [
<no comment>- #6: [初音ミク】特殊ケース一般論【オリジナル] (!!)
<no comment>- #5: [巡音ルカ】Brella【オリジナル] (!!)
Clean and smooth Luka voice, this song is nothing short of being awesome.- #4: [初音ミク】泡沫のダンス【オリジナル曲PV付] (!!)

- H5: <no comment>
- H4: <no comment>
- H3: <no comment>
- H2: <no comment>
- H1: Hey, where’s red2? His favorite song is back. 8D
Talk about dedication of waiting for 15 years, the ending is predictable but still sad and touching nevertheless.- #2: [
<no comment>- #1: [GUMI】モザイクロール【オリジナル曲PV付] (!!)
DECO*27 has certainly created a winner in this latest GUMI song, good animation together with GUMI’s quality vocals makes this another instant GUMI favorite as well. Did anyone else spot the split second of YowaGUMI in the PV? I thought that was pretty cool.
- ED Song: [初音ミク】 m i z u d o r i 【オリジナル]
Will most likely download. In Other Vocaloid News:
I need money…! Is the way many of us are feeling now! Here’s more CD news. A VOCALOID x ROCK -filled compilation album “VOCAROCK collection feat. Hatsune MIku” will be released on July 21st from FARM RECORDS.
As we face the end of the rainy season, there will be all sorts of events coming up, like the Summer Comiket. Everyone, please take a few minutes of caution to make sure you stay healthy and safe.
Well then, here’s the rest of this week, from 31 onward.
Final Thoughts/Analysis:
Well, GUMI finally got a number one song… and it almost beat WEDH in points! I’m really, really happy about this. I hope for more successful GUMI songs in the future– ones that get the number one slot they deserve (cough16bitwarzcoughkimishiracoughyowamushi).
…And so with that, we end this week’s Vocaloid Ranking review. Please join us again next week, and we need more members, seriously!
