Project mirai Sequel Coming to 3DS This Fall

After hints from the official Project DIVA Twitter account, more details about the sequel to the Nendoroid-inspired Project mirai has been revealed. A short article on Famitsu’s website talks about two different game modes — a touch panel mode and a button mode, with the 3D display active in both modes. Furthermore, all included songs will be full-length versions of the songs, and the lineup includes OneCupP’s “Koneko no Payapaya” (a remade version will be featured in the game), 40mP’s “Do Re Mi Fa Rondo” and the return of DECO*27’s “YUMEYUME“, the theme song of the previous game. Instead of an animated video, this song will now feature a 3D Nendoroid model of Miku dancing. A preview of the game will be held at niconico Cho Kaigi 2, a two-day event held from April 27-28. As is typical with Famitsu website articles, more information about the game will be available in the print issue that just hit the bookstands.
